Q. What kinds of stories or books are you drawn to?
I am drawn to stories and books about unlikeable characters and situations. I like characters that are weird and atypical. I also like books and stories that introduce and address unspoken, uncomfortable topics.
Q. What are you reading now?
I am currently reading Lady Chatterley’s Lover by D.H. Lawrence and A Certain Hunger by Chelsea G. Summers.
Q. What was your favorite book as a kid?
My favorite book series as a child was the Dork Diaries series! My favorite book in that series was Dork Diaries 1: Tales From a Not-So-Fabulous Life.
Q. Any areas of special interest that you’d like Booksweet readers to know about?
An area of special interest besides reading and writing is academia. It’s kind of weird, but I’ve been really passionate about it since I was child. I just love the pursuit of knowledge.
