Please keep the following in in mind:

  • We’ll get started at 7 pm, so if you are reading, please arrive a few minutes prior.
  • Once Isabella J Mansfield, our featured guest for the evening, reads for 10 minutes, everyone will be allotted 5-10 minutes (depending on our volume of sign-ups).
  • We welcome writing of all kinds at this event: fiction, non-fiction, poetry, works-in-process, or published works
  • This event is for teens and adults.
  • Content warnings are appreciated, with a pause to allow people to leave the room if needed.
  • We don’t use a mic in our space (too intimate a setting), so you’ll need to project your voice.

  • Booksweet is 100% wheelchair accessible.
  • We offer ample free parking and bike racks. We’re also off the AATA bus route 23 and 22. Stop name: Courtyard Shops.
